SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Are you passionate about technology and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an IT Responsible to manage our local IT operations, ensure compliance with our IT standards and drive digital transformation across our business.

About the Role 

As our IT responsible, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things concerning IT. Your mission is to ensure that our 80+ users fully leverage Jotun’s suite of IT applications, while keeping systems running smoothly and securely. You’ll work closely with the business, provide support to users, deliver training sessions, and lead initiatives that make our work smarter and more digital. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain local IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with our IT standards and security policies. 

  • Manage servers, VMware hosts, storage, switches, and network connectivity for high availability. 

  • Coordinate with vendors for installation and maintenance. 

  • Support end-users with troubleshooting and training on digital tools. 

  • Drive digital initiatives through training and proactive engagement. 

  • Stay updated on technology trends and recommend improvements. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). 

  • At least 4 years relevant professional experience. 

  • Experience with IFS, Power BI (or other BI tools) or CRM systems is a plus. 

  • Problem-solving mindset. 

  • Passion for driving digital transformation. 

  • Ability to help users adopt smarter ways of working.  

  • Proficiency in English.
