IT QA & Compliance Specialist, Digital Data & IT

We are looking for a Senior IT QA & Compliance Specialist that can support us in meeting the increasing demands affecting GN.

The team you will be part of

At GN, we design and manufacture advanced intelligent audio solutions to bring people closer. The need for optimizing the compliance for IT to support the medical device business is increasing and in this development a new position has surfaced.

When you enter the IT QA & Compliance team, six colleagues are welcoming you as part of a specialized team, that makes things happen across all of GN. Your direct report will be the Head of IT QA & Compliance.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Facilitate audits affecting DDI, both paper audits (questionnaires) and on site
• Plan, facilitate, and report on internal audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve validation issues
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Provide training and guidance on validation requirements and best practices
• Develop and maintain validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

You keep an overview, conduct thorough planning, and have technical knowledge within IT. You know how to make others see the importance of what you are doing.

Furthermore, we expect you to have one or more of the following:

• Master within IT, Life Sciences or similar
• Few years of experience in quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
• Experience with audits
• Knowledge of quality assurance within the life science industry
• You thrive in collaborative settings, readily take initiative and can work on your own
• You work in a structured way and are good at stakeholder management
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing (and Danish could be great, but not a prerequisite)
