What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Portfolio: Manage and oversee projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes.
  • Drive Success: Own budgeting and schedule forecasting, analyze performance, and implement effective solutions for timely delivery.
  • Lead Governance and Standards: Define and maintain project delivery standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
  • Champion Process Improvement: Spearhead transformation initiatives and deliver cross-functional improvements.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Support and develop project managers via training, sharing of best practice, and professional development.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in project, portfolio, or program management.
    • 7–10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Certifications: Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Advanced strategic thinking, problem solving capabilities.
    • Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile-oriented environments.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$145,900.00 - $194,600.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
