Our internships offer an excellent opportunity to expand your career and get hands-on
experience with the Enterprise Applications organization. We build cloud platforms for
enterprise and AI applications. We’re seeking strategic, hard-working, and creative individuals who are passionate about helping us address challenges no one else can solve. Throughout the 6-month internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business.
What you’ll be doing
- As the Technical Program Manager (TPM) in our global Strategy, Planning, Execution Excellence and Delivery (SPEED) team, you will provide oversight on various Automation and AI, Enterprise applications programs/projects including new technology solutions within corporate IT.
- You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, unblock as needed, and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed.
- In partnership with senior IT leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your programs, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our PMO processes.
- Inspect and assess programs’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.
What we need to see
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electronics & Communications or a related field. Proficiency in working with AI tools such as Co-pilots, Chat GPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc. and knowledge of AI models Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate optimally with engineering teams & business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage & execute global programs from India.
- Have a good understanding of Program Management principles & Agile concepts Ability to work with Agile tools such Jira & Jira Align
Ways to stand out from the crowd
- AI/ML Exposure: Experience with machine learning or AI frameworks, tools and models Systems & Platforms Knowledge
- Experience building scalable or distributed systems, platforms & applications Infrastructure Familiarity: Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and/or CI/CD pipelines
