Join us for a hands‑on internship where you’ll learn how to support day‑to‑day IT operations and learn directly from our onsite IT specialists.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with computer setup (laptops/desktops).
• Help install software and applications (Windows, MS Office, basic tools).
• Support basic IT troubleshooting and escalation.
• Provide user support, including simple fixes and guiding users.
• Contribute to daily IT operations in a hands‑on environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computing / Computer Science.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, OS installation, and software setup.
• Good communication skills as you’ll work closely with end‑users.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with hands‑on tasks.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–4 months (depending on university requirement).
• Full‑time, weekday internship.
• Mentored by onsite IT Specialist.
• Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
