Main responsibilities:
- Foster success and provide support with incidents and ad hocs created by users.

- Deeply understand and suggest possible solutions to advance and evolve the current ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications
- We are looking for candidates who are currently university students in their final year or last year and a half of their degree. Ideally, you bring a background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel will help you thrive in this role.
- While not required, we would value any experience you have with business processes, Oracle eBS (in IT or as a Key User), or SQL applications.
Language Requirements
- We look forward to your advanced proficiency in English [B2/C1].
- Spanish is essential for this role.
