  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, JumpCloud, or similar)
  • Strong Apple/Windows administration and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Experience identifying and triaging security vulnerabilities
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (SSO, IAM, RBAC)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with Vanta or a similar compliance and trust management platform" would fit well in the nice to have section
  • Exposure to security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
  • Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment
  • IT Certifications: CCNA, A+, Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc
  • Experience with automation, APIs, or infrastructure-as-code
  • Interest in improving systems through automation and scalable design

How You Work

  • You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
  • You can work independently when required
  • You look for ways to automate and improve processes, not just maintain them
  • You’re comfortable balancing day-to-day support with longer-term improvements
  • You collaborate effectively across teams, including engineering and security
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
