About the Role
Techstars is seeking a mid-level IT Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of our IT function, supporting approximately 150 employees and 50 contractors. This role is essential to keeping our team productive, secure, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
You'll be the go-to person for all things IT—from onboarding new team members to troubleshooting technical issues to managing our suite of SaaS applications. We're looking for someone who can work smart, not just hard: leveraging automation, integrations, and AI to solve problems efficiently and empower our staff through self-service solutions.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/yr + 10% performance bonus
