What you will do:
Administer and operate the MES application (MODA-ES), ensuring availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
Provide 1st and 2nd‑level support for MES incidents, changes, and service requests in coordination with Manufacturing, IT/OT, global MES teams, and vendors.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot MES interfaces and shop‑floor integrations (e.g. SAP, printers, scanners, tablets).
Execute system maintenance activities (patching, upgrades, releases) in line with change management and GMP requirements.
Support validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), including testing, documentation, and inspections.
Create and maintain MES system documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP, data integrity, cybersecurity, and corporate standards. Contribute to MES projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
Experience as System Administrator (preferably in the GMP controlled
pharmaceutical industry)
Experience with application management
BSc in IT or similar education
You enjoy working with various stakeholders and you thrive in ambiguity and independently develop effective solutions, confidently navigating situations where clear answers do not yet exist through critical thinking and ownership.
Fluency in English is a must (German skills are a plus)
