Job Summary

The IT Asset Disposition Operations Manager (ITAD) leads a geographically distributed team across AMS, EMEA, and APJ, responsible for delivering HP’s customer‑facing ITAD programs and the end‑to‑end commercial quoting and recovery model for used devices.

This role owns operational strategy and execution for ITAD operations delivery across AMS and EMEA, ensuring secure, compliant, cost‑effective, and value‑optimized asset disposition.

The role balances operational rigor with commercial acumen and serves as a key interface between Renew leadership, Sales, GBUs, Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Procurement, and external ITAD Partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary ITAD Operations voice for Renew leadership
  • Define and evolve the ITAD operating model for AMS and EMEA
  • Lead operational execution of ITAD programs across AMS and EMEA
  • Drive commercial negotiations with ITAD suppliers and resale partners
  • Shape and execute resale and remarketing strategies for recovered assets
  • Partner with Sales / GBU and Customers to differentiate HP’s ITAD value proposition
  • Establish strong program and project governance
  • Manage escalations with clarity and data‑driven decision making

People Leadership & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team across AMS, EMEA, and APJ
  • Own hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development
  • Coach teams on commercial acumen, negotiation, and resale value drivers
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Reverse Logistics, or ITAD
  • 3+ years people management experience in multi‑region environments

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and eCommerce / remarketing expertise, including secure data handling, refurbishment, resale, and recycling pathways
  • Proven negotiation and commercial management skills, including supplier contracting, pricing models, and value‑based trade‑offs
  • Solid understanding of secondary market dynamics, asset valuation, and resale value drivers for enterprise and consumer devices
  • Advanced understanding of demand and supply planning processes and strategy, particularly within reverse logistics and recovery models
  • Excellent analytical and data modeling skills, with the ability to translate insights into operational and commercial decisions
  • Strong program and project management skills, including execution across complex, cross‑functional initiatives

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $65,600 to $101,000 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
