IT Analyst

Location: New York City (In-Person)

About the Role


Vayner is looking for an IT Analyst to join our New York team and support employees with a
customer-first mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has a strong
sense of urgency, and takes pride in delivering a great support experience in a Mac-friendly
environment.


What You’ll Do


• Provide frontline IT support to employees in the NYC office
• Deliver friendly, patient, and effective customer service
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and PC environments
• Support platforms including Okta, Proofpoint, Intune, and Kandji
• Support Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zoom Rooms
• Assist with device setup, onboarding, and offboarding
• Manage tickets with urgency and strong follow-through
• Partner with IT, Security, and Operations teams
• Document processes and best practices


What We’re Looking For


• Experience in an IT support or IT analyst role
• Strong customer service skills with patience and professionalism
• Clear sense of urgency and accountability
• Comfortable supporting MacOS and Windows environments
• Eager to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to work in-person from our NYC office

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Mac-first environment
• Background in a customer-facing technical role (Apple Genius Bar a plus)
• Experience with security or identity tools
• Experience supporting conference rooms and AV setups
• Agency or fast-paced environment experience
