The Intern/student in the MTC will support IT team in the following activities:
General functions:
- Perform IT-related administrative activities
- Support on capturing, keep tracking and monitoring different IT requirements.
- Support orders and keep tracking of US/MX mobility.
- Support IT projects/activities as needed.
- Communication with IT Mobility Vendors for support.
- Process to request Mobile devices in Mexico/US,
- Reporting for usage of Mexico Mobile reports,
- Capturing the requisitions to pay the monthly services,
- Projects requisitions and follow up the invoices with the local vendors.
- Help with US invoices processing for Verizon/T-Mobile/CBI providing the status of payments for T-Mobile US
Required Skills:
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree student in their final semesters
- Intermediate and/or advanced English proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating respect and collaboration.
- Critical/logical thinking skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work Monday through Friday (7:30 am - 3:30 pm)
- Must have a valid tax identification number (RFC).
