Position Overview

Are you a recent graduate or early-career IT professional ready to jumpstart your career in a global company? Do you want hands-on exposure to leading IT practices, systems, and exciting projects?

Hunter Douglas is looking for a motivated IT Admin Support to join our Product Configuration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience, build your IT skillset, and contribute to meaningful projects that make an impact across the business. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, subject to business requirements.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and run meetings for the Product Configuration team
  • Maintain and update product configuration timelines and systems
  • Work closely with the Product team on templates, test cases, and configuration tools
  • Track actions and follow up on overdue tasks to keep projects on track
  • Lead team meetings when the Team Lead is unavailable
  • Support the Team Lead with ad hoc IT and administrative tasks
  • All other duties as assigned
