Essential Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

      • Implement and manage the Ironclad contract repository, including migrating historical contracts.

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and support to end-users.

      • Oversee workflow configurations, templates, and clause playbooks used for contract automation and approval flows.

  • Create job aids and training materials and provide updates, information and trainings to end-users related to new releases and feature updates.

  • Enable AI integration and partner with relevant end users for creation of playbooks for automated contract reviews. 

 

User & Permission Administration:

      • Manage user access, roles, and permissions; assign users to appropriate groups and maintain security protocols.

      • Onboard new users and administrators, helping them understand the Ironclad system.

      • Maintain and update company settings, including integrations and SSO configuration.

Reporting & Analytics:

      • Generate and interpret process metrics reports to track contract lifecycle progression, user actions, and statuses.

      • Configure workflow reminders for upcoming contract expirations.

      • Create reports for end-users.

 

Integration & Maintenance:

      • Configure integrations with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, procurement software).

      • Execute system upgrades and ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.

  • Enable AI integration and partner with relevant end users for creation of playbooks for automated contract reviews. 

 

Compliance & Security:

      • Ensure platform settings comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.

      • Control email domains and communicate with Ironclad support as needed for critical changes.

 

Required Job Skills:

      • 5+ experience administering SaaS platforms, ideally with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

      • Project management skills

      • Familiarity with security protocols, user authentication, and integration setup.

      • Excellent communication skills for cross-team support and training.

      • Proficiency in workflow design, process automation, AI enhancements, and reporting within the Ironclad ecosystem.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a good exposure to Contract Management and the relevant processes & tools.
