Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Contract Negotiation and Management Specialist for anime production committees.
Our aims to provide entertainment experiences by building an integrated ecosystem spanning anime planning and production to merchandise development, leveraging Rakuten's diverse services. Position Details
In this position, you will primarily establish contracts with various stakeholders while collaborating with internal and external partners to form anime production committees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contract execution for anime production committees
- Contract-related negotiations with IP holders
- Contract execution in collaboration with the Legal Department
- IP management, including IP held by other content businesses
- Preparation and submission of reports, including IP acquisition status
