About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
What will you be doing in this role?
Responsible for providing end-to-end IP lifecycle management support to our clients and help them reduce the cost of their operations, enabled by strong operational delivery, supplemented with continuous improvement.
Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Liaise with international associates to manage foreign filings and prosecution activities.
Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing patent and trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity.
Address all customer requests and issues to satisfactory conclusion
Escalate critical client issues to reporting manager and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Ensure periodic Quality reviews and provide recommendations to optimize the existing process
Value additions to the existing processes and help clients achieve their business objectives
Adhere to all internal and external deadlines
Ensure all process documents are current, and updates are implemented without any gaps
Support administrative tasks related to patent and trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures.
Support the new members within the team with process training, providing query support, and performing quality checks.
About the Team
This position exists to drive client engagement and business growth cohesively. The main purpose of this role is to understand the client needs and recommend best possible service offerings within IP Admin Team. Onboarding and successful transition of new clients and services and to ensure seamless transition from Business Take-On (BTO) to Business as Usual (BAU). The position is also responsible for coming up with self-improvement initiatives to drive client delight, building capability within the limits of functional policies and guidelines.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
