Investor Relations Officer

We’re looking for an Investor Relations Officer to join us at Telia.

I’m Erik Strandin Pers, Head of Investor Relations, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. Telia Company is the leading telecom services provider in the Nordic and Baltic region, with a market capitalization of approximately SEK 175 billion and outstanding bonds of around SEK 70 billion. Our Investor Relations (IR) team is responsible for financial communication, investor outreach, and analysis of Telia’s performance and capital allocation. We work closely with the investor and analyst community as well as with Group Finance, Communications, Sustainability and the Group Executive Management team.

We are seeking an ambitious team member with a strong interest in finance and financial markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to build broad and hands-on experience across both the equity and debt markets — ideal for candidates aspiring to a career in finance.

What you’ll do:

You will report to Telia’s Head of Investor Relations and work on both recurring tasks and strategic, analytical assignments. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the Group including Treasury, Communications, Sustainability and business unit management teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with investors, financial analysts and credit institutions
• Preparing materials for external and internal communication, including the Board of Directors
• Contributing to strategic projects related to capital allocation, financing, and market positioning
• Monitoring and analyzing capital markets and Telia’s relative performance
• Supporting financial planning and decision making for the short and long term

What will help you thrive in this role:

We believe you have:

• A degree in business, finance or economics, or alternatively a degree in engineering, mathematics or science complemented by a financial or business focus
• We will consider both candidates with recent graduation and candidates with a few years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical capability and genuine interest in financial markets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong written and spoken English (Swedish is an advantage but not required)

• Location: Stockholm
• On‑site presence: 4–5 days per week
• Travel: Primarily within Europe, several times per year
