Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Investment Intern will work directly with OneDigital’s Investment team, gaining hands-on exposure to

the research, analysis, and strategy that power our Wealth, Retirement, and Institutional platforms. This

role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders on real projects that shape client outcomes—

ranging from portfolio construction and investment due diligence to market commentary and data

visualization.

If you’re curious, analytical, and eager to see how investment theory translates into action, this internship

will give you a front-row seat to the business of managing client capital at scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in due diligence and performance monitoring for 401(k) core menu investments.

· Support research and analysis for alternative investments and other non-public market

opportunities.

· Contribute to equity and fixed income research, including financial statement review, sector

analysis, and tracking market trends.

· Prepare investment summaries, charts, and presentations for internal meetings and client

communications.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to compile data and insights that support strategic initiatives across

the division.

· Assist in producing market and economic commentary delivered to advisors and clients.

· Participate in team meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions to gain exposure to the

decision-making process.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

· Strong interest in investments, economics, and financial markets.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Morningstar,

FactSet, or Bloomberg) is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment.

· A self-starter who’s eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Education, Training and Experience:

· Currently enrolled at an accredited university. · Preferred majors: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Analytics. · Coursework or experience in investments, financial modeling, or portfolio management is beneficial but not required.

· This role is based in OneDigital’s Sandy, Utah office

· $15/hour and approximately 10 hours per week

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
