Position Description

The Inventory Resolution Representative is responsible for researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing cycle count activities, and maintaining inventory integrity within the facility. This role ensures accurate reporting, supports continuous improvement, and partners with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Receive, enter, and process customer orders and “share-the-spare” requests in collaboration with branches and service hubs to ensure seamless support across all locations
  • Research lost inventory and resolve discrepancies in Oracle and Korber systems.
  • Create transfer orders for outbound shipments when needed.
  • Oversee cycle count processes and schedule manual counts to support variance research.
  • Conduct detailed daily research of cycle count variances, identify root causes, and report findings.
  • Review credits, transfer orders, purchase orders, and other inventory-related transactions; prepare month-end financial reports.
  • Manage forward picks, parts market slotting, and optimization.
  • Perform physical counts of components and parts to reconcile with system inventory.
  • Monitor and report cycle count statuses, including variances and inventory accuracy ratings.
  • Receive parts and tools and support reporting of receipt quality issues for both outbound and 3PL.
  • Practice 6S principles and adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
  • Take corrective actions for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with training and other tasks as assigned.

What You Will Bring

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic math and computer skills (advanced math preferred).
  • Proficient typing and ten-key skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Oracle and Korber systems (required).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and perform repetitive motions.
  • Capability to lift to 30 pounds and handle frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
