Position: Inventory Planner
Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Planner supports the planning and coordination of parts across assigned regions, accounts, or product lines. This role assists with day‑to‑day order management, inventory monitoring, and communication with suppliers and internal teams. The Planner helps ensure that parts are available when needed, supports data accuracy in planning systems, and contributes to continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Planning & Coordination
Assist in scheduling and coordinating the supply of components, or spare parts to meet service requirements. Support day‑to‑day order management, tracking deliveries, and resolving basic order issues.
Supplier & Internal Communication
Communicate delivery updates, order status, and basic supply information to internal teams. Work with suppliers to confirm orders, follow up on shipments, and clarify delivery schedules.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, order status, and supplier performance. Provide data support for forecasts or planning activities led by senior planners. Assist in gathering information for root‑cause analysis of shortages or delays.
Continuous Improvement
Support process improvement initiatives by providing data, documenting processes, and helping test new workflows. Identify small process issues and propose simple solutions or escalate them when needed.
Operational Support
Help execute standard purchasing, planning, and replenishment activities. Support the minimization of excess or obsolete stock through timely follow-up and coordination. Assist with coordination between supply chain, warehouse, service/field teams, and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
Basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
