We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Inventory Management Clerk to join our Inventory Management team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 12 months.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Inventory Management Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the inventory management team; monitoring and responding to inquiries from business partners, stores, and other departments, as well as assisting with inventory upload for our third-party warehouse.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting retail stores with inventory orders and inquiries.
• Communicating with business partners to ensure inventory order questions and distributions are reviewed.
• Ensuring all warehouse and direct store delivery (DSD) purchase orders are transmitted successfully. 
• Monitoring all methods of communication and fixing any issues as they arise.
• Managing and coordinating correspondence from multiple email inboxes. 
• Reviewing and maintaining check reports in the inventory data software (EDI).
• Utilizing Service Now software to assist stores with inquiries about merchandise data ordering and related issues.
• Completing and reviewing ethnic merchandise uploads from third party warehouse (BST, ASN) uploads.
• Assisting merchandise/item data clerks with merchandise items set up on internal software.
• Updating and revising standard operating procedure documents.
• Administrative ad hoc duties as required.

You have:

• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with inventory or merchandise data is an asset.
• Experience in a retail organization is an asset.
