This role ensures accurate SAP S/4HANA inventory transactions, oversees cycle counts, manages lot traceability, and drives root-cause analysis to eliminate inventory discrepancies.

Job Description:

Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday, with flexibility as needed

Work Location: 302 North Tayman, San Antonio, Texas 78211

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73k to $124k Annually with additional bonus potential

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ensure lot traceability and compliance with SQF standards.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to correct inventory issues.
  • Develop and report inventory KPIs to DC leadership.
  • Train team members on inventory processes and system compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse environment.
  • 3–5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience; TRM preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
