This role is responsible for leadership of Inventory, implementation and monitoring of automation and technology initiatives, and special operations projects.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory
- Leads the purchase order (PO) creation and management of all inventory purchasing
- Identifies process improvement opportunities
- General reporting & reconciliations
- Leads cycle counting efforts
- Process automation and technology
- Identifies process improvement opportunities, across the company; recommends cost-effective scalable solutions
- Leads the launch of new systems initiatives, enabling the planning, design, development, and implementation of improvement projects
- Ensures that process documentation exists, is current, and available
- Serves as a resource for solving process issues and championing effective solutions
- Examines existing automation and technology to ensure continued efficacy; addresses gaps
- Operations projects
- Ensures alignment of CREW2 systems with Home Depot technology pilots and initiatives
- Provides support for system changes and enhancements, including communications and related training and education
- Offers regional support as needed for critical business needs

- Well organized; experience managing and optimizing a sales pipeline preferred

- Flexibility
- Initiative and ability to learn quickly
- Willing and able to travel at least 25% of the time

Pay Range
$55,000 - 65,000 depending upon experience
