We are currently recruiting an Inventory Accuracy Management Specialist to sit within the European team, based in our London office. You will report to the Inventory Accuracy Management Team Manager and work closely with Finance, Logistics, DC Warehouse Operations, Store Operations and E‑commerce at a local and EU level.
This is an opportunity for someone passionate about inventory data integrity, loss prevention and operational excellence, who enjoys collaborating cross‑functionally to improve processes and train teams. This role will require regular travel to our Distribution Centre's in the Netherlands, Germany and UK at least once or twice a month.
What you will be responsible for:
Inventory Management: Avoiding data gaps between inventory records and physical items
Manage item inventory (assets) through proper stock takes.
Analyse stock‑take results and drive actions to reduce stock loss.
Support the establishment of inventory management operations in response to daily business changes and challenges; train key members accordingly.
Lead issue resolution with local key members.
Quickly fix inventory data issues caused by operational errors or accidents related to item loss.
Security Environment: Preventing external theft/fraud
Support building security environments and operations to prevent theft and fraud.
Lead responses when theft or fraud incidents occur and drive countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
Integrity Workplace: Preventing internal theft/fraud (Integrity Workplace)
Support implementation of solutions (systems/operations) to avoid internal incidents.
Execute training for all employees to prevent internal incidents.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
Proven ability in conducting investigations and integrity interviews.
Intermediate proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP's, Forumla), Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with inventory management systems and ERP tools.
Ability to travel to stores within the assigned area and to the Netherlands, Germany and UK DC
Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer or standing/walking as required.
Wicklander–Zulawski or Reid interviewing and interrogation certification preferred.
