Requisiti formativi: Neolaureat* in discipline scientifiche, con forte interesse per l’analisi dei processi produttivi e per l’applicazione di soluzioni digitali e di AI in ambito industriale.
Altri requisiti: Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel per analisi dati e dashboard, PowerPoint per presentazioni). Interesse verso strumenti digitali, data analytics e AI; familiarità e curiosità verso soluzioni come Microsoft Copilot costituisce un plus.
Requisiti linguistici: Inglese B2.

Cosa farai?
· Supporterai il reparto Secondary Operations (area asettica e packaging) nelle attività operative e di miglioramento dei processi
· Analizzerai i processi di produzione e confezionamento per individuare aree di inefficienza
· Contribuirai alle iniziative di COMBI e inspection readiness tramite analisi dati e strumenti digitali
· Collaborerai allo sviluppo di soluzioni digitali e Agent AI a supporto delle linee produttive
· Supporterai l’analisi delle performance operative tramite dashboard e strumenti di Business Intelligence
· Lavorerai con team multidisciplinari (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Digital)
Cosa imparerai?
Comprenderai il funzionamento dei processi di Secondary Operations in un contesto industriale regolato GMP
Acquisirai esperienza pratica nell’applicazione di AI e data analytics ai processi produttivi
Svilupperai competenze nell’analisi delle performance e nel process mapping digitale
Imparerai a utilizzare strumenti di Business Intelligence e reporting operativo
Rafforzerai le capacità di comunicazione tecnica verso stakeholder e management
