Education required: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Engineering discipline with a focus in Chemical Engineering
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Internship period: July to December 2026

This role sits in our Jurong R&D Pilot Plant.
What will you do?
The student will be involved in routine Operations activities as well as improvement programs
Office based activities include Risk Assessments, SOPs, Logsheets and Guidance documents etc.
Improvement programs include Leaning out of Turnaround workflow, expediting materials management activities and upskilling of operational personnel through generation of guidance documents
Activities will require plant walkdowns to review existing workflow and data analysis to derive the optimum / more feasible solution
What will you learn?
Office based document reviews/generation
Plant based site survey for scoping and implementation
Working with shopfloor team on deriving synergistic solutions
Working on designing activities to improve Safety and Quality Culture
