SEGE (Société Européenne de Gestion de l’Energie) is Air Liquide’s energy hub in Europe.
Our team of 45 skilled professionals is responsible for developing and executing the energy strategy for Air Liquide’s European operations.

Our core missions include:
- Crafting mid to long-term energy management strategies for Air Liquide's European affiliates.
- Energy Sourcing: Securing essential energy for our operations by negotiating contracts and executing transactions on commodity markets.
- Supporting energy transition projects by sourcing long-term renewable power.

As an intern within SEGE, your mission will be to support the team in capturing "operational knowledge" and transforming it into formal, structured documentation.
You will work at the heart of our energy operations to ensure that every process is mapped, optimized, and stored in a way that supports our long-term growth."

Under the supervision of the Market & Operations Manager, your daily tasks will include:
- Operational Shadowing: Following teams in their daily activities to understand "how things work" and identify undocumented steps.
- System Structuring: Proposing and setting up a clear hierarchy for our document management system (folders, naming conventions, and access rights).
- Process Drafting: Creating visual workflows and written procedures for missing or outdated operational tasks.
- Data Organization: Cleaning and migrating existing documents into the new structure to ensure a "single source of truth."
- Internal Support: Helping the team adopt the new documentation tools and collecting feedback for improvements.

- Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

- Background/Knowledge on Energy Market & Trading activities
- "Structured" Mindset: You are the person who naturally organizes your digital files, uses clear naming conventions, and enjoys bringing order to chaos.
- Curiosity & Observation: You aren't afraid to ask "Why?" or "How does this work?" You enjoy shadowing experts to understand a process from A to Z.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English. You can listen to a technical explanation and summarize it into a simple, clear instruction.
- Soft Skills: Proactivity (You don't wait for tasks; you identify where documentation is missing and propose a solution), Rigor (You have a sharp eye for detail)
- Fluent in English; any other language (Dutch, French, German) would be a plus.
