Fugro’s global Procurement & Supply Chain organization is driving the next wave of process excellence across our end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) landscape.
We are looking for an experienced Global Supply Chain Process Expert P2P to step in and ensure continuity, stability, and improvement of our core procurement workflows. In this role, you work closely with the Global Process Ownership team, regional procurement leads, Finance, and our system specialists to safeguard process standards, analyse bottlenecks, and implement improvements that are scalable, compliant, and future‑proof.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on, analytically strong Procurement & Supply Chain professional with deep P2P process expertise—someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments, values end‑to‑end ownership, and enjoys optimising global processes in a dynamic setting.
Your role
You lead and support ERP design and development activities in IFS, ensuring supply chain processes and system changes align with business needs;
You analyse and optimise existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall process quality;
You manage change requests and guide stakeholders through smooth transitions to new processes and system enhancements;
You work closely with the training team to develop fully mature processes in the scope tool and ClickLearn, enabling consistent global adoption;
You oversee data migration, setup, and validation for supply chain modules, coordinating with the Data Migration team to ensure accuracy and streamlined IFS functionality;
You develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clarity and visibility into supply chain performance;
You collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, HR, Finance, Projects, and the global data team to ensure successful implementation and continuous process improvement.
Your track record
You hold at least a BSc. degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Process Improvement, preferably in an international environment;
You have in-depth knowledge and experience with ERP systems, especially IFS;
You have a good understanding of supply chain principles and hands-on experience with ERP implementations;
You possess strong skills in business process analysis and improvement, and excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
