Interest in data management and process engineering
Good knowledge of Power BI is strongly preferred
Strong interest in dashboard development, Power BI power‑ups and data programming
Interest and exposure to Artificial Intelligence
Familiarity with AI prompting concepts and applied AI usage
Curiosity, autonomy and willingness to actively contribute to digital engineering projects
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English.
Expected start date: June 2026

Support the Digital and Automation team in daily activities within an industrial manufacturing environment
Learn and apply digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts
Contribute to small digitalisation and data analysis initiatives
Support the creation of basic dashboards and reports
Use tools such as Power BI, internal platforms and low‑code solutions
Assist with data collection, visualization and structured problem‑solving
Attend project meetings to understand project governance and teamwork
Fundamentals of Digital Engineering in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Basics of industrial automation, digitalisation and MES/SCADA concepts
Principles of EHS, GMP awareness and Data Integrity
Data analysis and visualization techniques
Use of digital tools and company systems
How to plan, execute and present a mini digital project
Professional skills such as teamwork, communication and continuous improvement
Strong interest in digital engineering, automation and manufacturing processes
Analytical mindset with interest in data analysis and problem‑solving
Basic knowledge of coding or scripting (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA)
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a structured environment
Good communication skills in Italian and English
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Organised approach and attention to detail
Hands‑on experience in a global biopharma manufacturing site
Structured onboarding, training and continuous feedback
Exposure to real digital and automation projects
