The Junior Credit Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the Credit team by executing day-to-day credit-related activities. This role focuses on order release processing, basic account validation, reporting support, and coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established credit policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Credit Operations Support
Process credit releases in the ERP system (e.g., JDE) for sales orders blocked due to credit holds (C1, C5, PN, etc.), once required conditions are met (payment confirmation, credit availability, prior approvals).
Perform basic account status checks, including open balance, past due invoices, credit availability, and documented payment confirmations.
Follow predefined procedures to ensure timely order processing and SLA compliance.
Order Release & Request Management
Receive, review, and follow up on order release requests from Customer Service, Sales, and Collections.
Confirm completion of releases through clear and concise email communication.
Track pending requests and ensure proper closure or escalation when needed.
Reporting
Assist in updating operational credit reports (e.g., orders on hold, released orders, customer request tracking).
Support the preparation of internal reports such as customer onboarding lists or order hold summaries.
Maintain accurate documentation of activities performed, including time tracking when required.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field (minimum 50–75% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements).
Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy.
English level B1 or higher.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
