The Role: Connecting People to Dreams
As a BDC Internet Sales Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our sales floor. You aren't just managing leads; you are the first point of contact for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Building Bridges: Turning inbound internet inquiries and phone calls into showroom appointments through friendly, articulate, and enthusiastic communication.
Managing the Pipeline: Using our CRM to stay organized and ensure no customer is left behind.
Mastering the Craft: Engaging in continuous training to become a product expert on our makes and models.
Collaboration: Working closely with the showroom Sales Team to ensure a seamless "handoff" for our customers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent).
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is an asset (but your attitude is what matters most!).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet our customers' needs.
