Keystone Human Services is seeking an International Program Associate to join our global programs and advocacy team, Keystone Human Services International.
The International Program Associate will support the KHS Global Program & Advocacy Division and Keystone Human Services International (KHSI) in advancing global disability rights, inclusion, and advocacy efforts. This position assists with assigned projects, research and analysis, program planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordinates with others on supporting logistics, events, and database management; assists with grant proposals and reports; and communicates with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, and relevant study or experience in disability rights or related fields is preferred. The position focuses on programmatic and administrative support which can grow in complexity, contributing to KHSI’s mission and a culture of inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research, analysis and the completion of assigned projects
- Provide administrative support to the team which may include managing calendars, drafting correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes
- Assist in writing and reviewing communications and written materials to include training materials, websites, newsletters, blogs, etc.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of KHSI global advocacy & programs.
- Support stakeholder engagement by coordinating communication and collaboration with partners, beneficiaries, and international stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of training materials, toolkits, and program resources
- Assist in the collection and reporting of program data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and supporting team members with various tasks
- Support the planning and delivery of capacity building activities, including workshops, webinars, and training sessions
- Assist in the development and dissemination of advocacy and awareness building materials and supports related campaign activities
- Provide support in gathering information and drafting content for grant applications and donor reports

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and actively enrolled and/or pursuing a degree in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant study or experience with disability rights or related fields is preferred
- Strong organization skills and cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Must demonstrate effective written communications skills and ability to read, interpret and apply information relevant to the position
- Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of software, applications, and other cloud-based systems
- Ability to successfully meet any required background screening standards relevant to the position
