International Order Management Specialist – Dubai

As an International Order Management Specialist based in Dubai, you will play a key role in ensuring Stryker’s customers receive exceptional service through seamless order management, on-time delivery, and efficient operational support. Reporting to the International Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate orders, shipments, and documentation, support processes, and assist with tender submissions. What You Will Do

  • Coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely processing, confirmation, shipment, and accurate documentation.

  • Audit and manage inventory, liaising with warehouses and 3PL partners to maintain stock availability and rotation.

  • Provide client support, including managing returns, credits, repairs, and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Support internal teams with operational and business support, including price checks, availability, reporting, and document preparation.

  • Assist with tender preparation and submission by gathering required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

  • Maintain customer and distributor records, including letters of authorization, agreements, and order history.

  • Collaborate with Finance, RAQA, Purchasing, and Technical Service teams to ensure compliance and timely resolution of operational issues.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

  • 0-4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or operational support within an international environment

  • Experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate with diverse teams

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of international trade and export documentation

  • Experience in medical device or healthcare industry

  • Multilingual skills (Arabic or other languages)
