Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in hydraulic hoses and fittings, with strong product knowledge is desirable.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
