We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist who is passionate about building a strong, connected, and engaged workplace culture. In this role, you will execute communication strategies that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with our company’s mission and values. You will design creative content, including flyers, banners, and digital materials, ensuring every message and visual element reflects our brand identity. This position also includes conducting brand audits, enforcing brand standards, and communicating internal campaigns that promote alignment, collaboration, and cultural growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator and creative storyteller who can bring our brand and culture to life through clear messaging, thoughtful design, and impactful campaigns that strengthen connection and engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Internal Communications & Culture Building
○ Implement an internal communication strategy that reinforces company culture, values, and strategic goals.
○ Craft clear, engaging, and consistent messages for company-wide announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications.
○ Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., app, video wall, email campaigns, bulletin boards).
● Content Design & Visual Communication
○ Design creative materials, including flyers, banners, infographics, and digital assets for internal campaigns and events.
○ Maintain brand consistency across all internal visual communications.
○ Collaborate with departments to ensure messaging is visually compelling and aligned with company standards.
● Brand Auditing & Enforcement
○ Conduct regular brand audits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines across internal and external materials.
○ Provide guidance and feedback to teams to uphold consistent visual and verbal branding.
○ Develop and update brand templates and resources for company-wide use.
○ Serve as the internal brand ambassador, educating employees on proper brand usage and tone of voice.
● Campaign Design & Alignment
○ Plan and execute internal communication campaigns that support key initiatives (e.g., safety, wellness, sustainability).
○ Ensure all campaigns align with corporate messaging and reinforce organizational priorities.
○ Measure campaign success through engagement metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
● Qualifications
○ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
○ 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or corporate branding.
○ Strong design skills (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
○ Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
○ Knowledge of communication tools and platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Google Suite, etc.).
○ Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
