Easygo is one of Australia's fastest-growing tech companies, and we're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to be the operational hub of how we communicate with our 1,500-strong global crew. Your role with us
You'll sit at the centre of Easygo's internal communications, working directly with the Head of Global Communications. This role is for someone who can hold the big picture and sweat the details, someone who understands that getting the right message to the right people at the right time is what keeps a fast-scaling company moving as one.
What you will do
Given the dynamic nature of this role, responsibilities and projects will consistently evolve. However, the following outlines the initial key areas:
- Own and operate Easygo's national network of in-office screens, managing content, scheduling and quality across all locations so our channels are always current, on-brand and engaging
- Produce Easygo's internal print magazine, our beloved, high-quality publication that captures who we are, where we're headed and what we're proud of
- Shape and carry Easygo's internal voice translating company goals, direction and major moments into clear, consistent communications that land across a global, diverse crew
- Manage the editorial calendar and content output across all internal channels, maintaining a high bar and keeping everything moving at pace
- Act as the gatekeeper of our internal voice, ensuring consistency and coherence across every channel and format
- Produce content hands-on across written, visual and digital formats, you're making things, not just briefing others
- Ensure major announcements, milestones and company updates are delivered in a timely, well-crafted way that reflects where Easygo is going
- Partner with teams across the business to stay close to what's happening and get it out through the right channels
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years in a Communications, change management, or a related role
- Proficiency in understanding and implementing communication tools like Slack
- Demonstrated capability in change management and organisational communication strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a multicultural, multinational company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a similar field
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience in corporate communications or internal training programs
- Ability to think strategically while executing detailed communications, quickly absorb and simplify complex information across the gambling and streaming industries, adapt messaging for different audiences, and seamlessly shift from high-level planning to hands-on content creation.
Bonus points if:
- Certification in Change Management or related fields
- Additional language skills
- Global experience working across diverse markets and cross-cultural environment
