UGC & Creator Coordinator Intern

Learn how creator content drives real impact. 

This is an internship as part of your studies or a first work experience (e.gBIS), but it won’t feel like a typical internship. At Loop, you’ll jump right into how we work with creators and use UGC across social. Not just watching: actually helping out, learning fast, and seeing your work in action. 

If you’re the type of person who’s always on TikTok spotting trends, saving videos, or thinking “this would be a good ad”… you’ll probably like it here. 

 

The role 

You’ll support the day-to-day of our UGC team, while learning how everything fits together. 

Think: reviewing content, organizing things behind the scenes, chatting with creators, and sharing what’s trending. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Help review videos from creators (and learn what makes content “good”)
  • Keep our content organized so it’s easy to reuse
  • Spot videos that stand out or could perform well
  • Join brainstorms and share ideas based on trends you’re seeing
  • Help with creator communication and follow-ups
  • Keep things on track (deadlines, trackers, etc.)
  • Share cool trends, formats, or creators with the team 

 

How you’ll succeed 

  • You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
  • You enjoy social media a little too much (in a good way)
  • You like keeping things organized and clear 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • You’re currently studying (marketing, communication, media, or similar) or fresh from school
  • You’re genuinely interested in social media, UGC, and creators
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented
  • You’re comfortable communicating and following up
  • You’re eager to learn and take initiative
