We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. This 1099 position offers high compensation, generous time off, and the chance to work with a supportive, collegial team in a thriving community.

Position highlights:

• $628,000 1099 with 17 weeks off
• 2 weeks on, 1 week of schedule  
• Case types include: Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Urology, Cath, Neuro, GI, Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Bariatric
• Daily staffing: 1 MD and 5 CRNAs (supports 4 ORs plus dedicated C-section room)
• MDs covering primary call
• Moderate to high case volume, offering diverse and engaging clinical practice
• Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with strong collegial culture

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
