Job Description
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Ascott’s internship program, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding hires.
Coordinate and execute events, initiatives, surveys, and townhalls.
HR Initiatives & Engagement:
Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives through events and engagement activities.
Support the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott's career platform using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Contribute to Brand360 initiatives by preparing HR toolkits, presentations, and activities.
Special Projects & Global Exposure:
Provide support to the team on special projects as required.
Work with HR teams and stakeholders from multiple countries for global exposure.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Creative and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see through agreed actions.
Excellent team player who is organized and meticulous.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
