About Our Team

• We specialize in market intelligence and strategic business development, collaborating directly with Senior Leadership to deliver actionable insights and drive business strategy.
• Our work is powered by Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake, and we’re actively experimenting with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
• We’re currently building our data foundation in Snowflake, moving away from manual, case-by-case processes to scalable, automated solutions.
• Our data sources include large datasets from external providers as well as publicly available information.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide support for a broad range of ongoing data analytics, market insights, and business development projects
• Automate and optimize data workflows using Alteryx and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain scalable data sources to support business strategy.
• Visualize and communicate insights with Tableau.
• Participate in AI and LLM model experiments, exploring innovative approaches to market intelligence.
• Learn about and improve our data processes, contributing to the transition from manual to automated solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field such as business, engineering, data science, economics, IT, biotechnology, analytics, or a similar area.
• Candidates with industry experience or knowledge in biotechnology will be preferred.
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and AI. Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or Snowflake is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with applying predictive analytics methodologies is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who is driven by curiosity and enjoys steep learning curves.
• Fluency in English is required.
