What Are We Seeking? 
 

In Bizagi we are looking for an intern, capable of providing support to our Purchasing Team in processes related to invoicing, supplier management, and policy compliance.  

 

We seek a responsible, proactive, organized, and team-centered person. 

 

Responsibilities 
 

Purchasing 

  • Review and approve requests. 

  • Validate budget compliance and ensure all supplier documentation is complete. 

  • Create supplier records. 

  • Ensure adherence to company policies. 

  • Perform reconciliation tasks for final delivery and monitor the entire cycle. 

 

Skills 
 

  • Knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes.
