Job Summary

VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality PTM Intern to support our Quality team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in quality assurance processes within a dynamic automotive technology environment. The intern will assist in various quality-related tasks, contributing to the overall excellence of our products and processes.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist the Quality PTM team in implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
* Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for quality performance metrics.
* Participate in the review and documentation of quality control processes.
* Help in preparing for quality audits and inspections.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including work instructions and quality plans.
* Conduct basic investigations into quality deviations and propose corrective actions.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality PTM team to support departmental objectives.

Job Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
* Strong interest in quality assurance and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior academic projects or coursework related to quality management or process improvement is a plus.
