Intern QC Project Leads (80-100%)

About the Role 

As an intern within QC Projects, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational activities across multiple projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates (Bachelor’s level or similar) eager to deepen their understanding of project management, quality control processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced GMP environment. 

You will work closely with project leaders and technical experts, gaining broad exposure to QC activities while driving your own responsibilities and continuously developing your professional skills. 

What you will do:

Project Support & Coordination 

• Actively support QC Projects in the planning, execution, and tracking of project activities. 
• Manage and streamline data requests, ensuring efficient and lean processes across stakeholders. 
• Prepare and maintain sampling plans, QC data systems and sampling data to support testing strategies and customer requests 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement 

• Contribute to ongoing innovation and digitalization initiatives within QC. 
• Drive selected work packages independently - based on your experience 
• Support or co-lead improvement activities aimed at simplifying workflows and increasing operational efficiency. 

What we are looking for:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong organizational skills and motivation to work in a structured project environment. 
• Interest in project management, QC processes, and the biopharmaceutical industry. 
• A proactive mindset, willingness to take ownership, and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork. 
• Strong communication skills (English and basic German is required). 
• Curiosity, reliability, and openness to learn new tools, methods, and technologies.
