Intern Process Improvement

CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar) Full time

As a Process Improvement Intern, you will support initiatives aimed at optimizing and digitising operational processes. You’ll work closely with the operations team and process excellence team to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in mapping and analyzing current processes.
  • Collect and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of process changes and monitor results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of improvements.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders.
