Overview

The role will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions under the People Catalyst team. The intern will assist in analyzing HR data, coordinating the implementation of various programmes & initiatives, and executing activities that enhance employee engagement and promote continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordination of Programmes & Initiatives: Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and other programmes, ensuring smooth execution by managing logistics and communication. Additionally, to liaise with HR Development Corporation (HRDC) to ensure compliance with the necessary training administration requirements. 
  • Record Management: Maintain and update the Training Masterlist and other relevant records to ensure accurate documentation of all activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs. Identify trends and insights to inform future initiatives.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare reports and presentations based on data and records. Provide initial analysis and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Drafting: Draft program invitations for participants and create post-program updates for social media to promote initiatives and highlighting key achievements to enhance employee engagement
