Responsibilities
- Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution
- Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement
- Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
- Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity
- Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department
- Involved in cross-functional alongside EH&S QA departments in continuous improvement projects
- Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/ Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus
- Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry
