We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  • Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Team

We are focussed on the core processes Order-to-cash (O2C) and Claim-to-Resolution (C2R). We establish, assess, and transform related business capabilities while driving global standardization and realizing synergies across all regions and channels.

Your Mission

  • Evaluating Incoming Requests: Reviewing and structuring new process improvement ideas by ensuring they are clearly defined as a problem statement and include necessary data for proper evaluation and prioritization.
  • Analyzing Scope and Impact: Determining whether issues are specific to a sales channel or regional team versus being a global, Omni-channel opportunity to help us focus on areas with the highest impact.
  • Supporting Project Management: Assisting with Pre-Discovery activities for high-priority initiatives, which involves gathering initial requirements and defining the project scope before the main transformation work begins.
  • Creating Essential Documentation: Developing and maintaining project templates, process documentation, and best practice guides to make our internal operations and collaboration more efficient and standardized globally.
  • Focus on Order to Cash: Specializing in process improvements within Order Management.

Your Story

  • Strong Analytical Curiosity: A proactive desire to understand why processes work the way they do, and an eagerness to structure ambiguous problems into clear steps (like turning a request into a problem statement).
  • Data Skills: You should be familiar with data analytics tools to pull out insights, measure how inefficient processes are, and predict the potential impact of your improvement ideas.
  • Effective Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when gathering inputs and documenting findings from various regional and technical stakeholders.
  • Organizational Aptitude: A detail-oriented approach to tasks, with the ability to maintain organized documentation, support project timelines, and ensure all necessary information is collected.
  • Team-Oriented Motivation: A growth mindset and the motivation to jump in, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively across global teams to drive standardization and efficiency.
