Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Prior knowledge / interest in of tools / processes like Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Campaigns, Customer Journey design, Customer LTV attribution, Creative problem solving, user experience design, Customer Targeting, Marketing ROI attribution.
Plan and deliver as per the agreed TATs
Delivers projects for Country, Region and global teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives.
Ensures delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analytics on pharmaceutical data (e.g. Incentives data, doctor/brand sales data, reps call activity data, payer data analysis, third party sales data) for Internal customers to enable informed decision making in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products
Takes initiative to drive standardization of reports across brands
Support team lead in all business-related tasks, activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
Key performance indicators:
Quality and accuracy of the deliverables within defined TATs
Optimization through Process automation
Ability to engage multiple stakeholders / projects.
