ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.
Dates: June 8 to August 14, 2026
Hours: 40 hours a week
Pay: $18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
• Content Insights – Support the creation of formal system to source, summarize, and elevate: (a) regional audience insights, (b) hyper local cultural and community trends and (c) content & engagement performance goals.
• Branding - Support Regional Heads to develop formal systems to define and maintain brand governance framework across the regions and prevent fragmentation of brand divergence.
• Distribution – Identify key market targets of white space in our video and audio distribution reach and coordinate with the Regional Heads and the Distribution team on a plan to would mitigate that “audience reach” deficiency.
• There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.
YOU HAVE:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university in in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, Economics, Information Systems, Geography, or a related field.
• Recently graduated or expected graduation of summer 2026 or winter 2026.
• Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
• Coursework or practical experience in analytics, market research, digital media, or data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including basic data analysis and organization.
• Exposure to data visualization or dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and audience analytics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review content for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights and standards to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
