Job Overview
Provides administrative and/or technical support.

Essential Functions
- Input data accurately and within deadlines according to SOPs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Contact employees as necessary to request missing information and update invalid data issues.
- File appropriate documents.
- Track and report accounting data accurately and follow-up on routine issues flagging non standard issues to line manager.
- Provide assistance to other team members as required, to ensure the group meets all SLAs and targets.
- Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for accounting purposes.
- Provide support and participate in teams handling various routine tasks.
- Provide standard reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Evidence of strong team work and communication skills.

Qualifications
• Current student at a university in Slovakia Req
• Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment.
• Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement.
• Evidence of strong team work.
